Joe Ray Villegas
Cause Revolution was started in 2010 with eight members, but really started gaining momentum in 2012. Director Joe Ray Villegas wanted to transform the way Hip Hop was looked at in the city. While the music, dancing, and culture itself can sometimes get a bad reputation, Joe Ray had a vision to reverse that image. Revolution means "change" so we wanted to cause a revolution in the area of El Paso, TX and we wanted to be the first mega crew in the area and be able to fill a stage with 25+ dancers. He knew that this vision wasn't possible on his own, and turned to the team as a whole to make it happen.
As the team began to grow, the members had a desire to reach out and expand to the sister cities near El Paso, TX and connect all of those who have a love of Hip-Hop to each other. It was in this venture that the team grew into a 30+ member team. Our team now includes members from:
- El Paso, Texas
- Las Cruces, New Mexico
- Juarez, Mexico
- Chihuahua, Mexico

Owner and Director
Joe Ray Villegas has been dancing for seven years, directing his competition teams since 2008, and opened Motion Headquarters in 2015.
Owner and Co-Director
Pamela Parra has been dancing for eight years, received her Bachelors in Dance Education from NMSU, and co-opened Motion Headquarters in 2015.
